The Phantara has a very Buck Knives Alpha fixed blade look to it that we happen to find very appealing. This means the knife is well-suited to handle some tasks not normally asked of a folding design including but not limited to hunting applications like skinning and quartering or campsite whittling and kitchen food prep.
