8Cr13MoV: Similar to Japanese AUS-8, 8Cr13MoV is a low carbon, high chromium stainless steel with an excellent balance of toughness and strength. It offers good corrosion resistance takes a razor sharp edge with ease. Edge holding is significantly lower than S30V but close to 440B.
