The Seax is a fighting knife which most warriors would have carried. It's a one handed single edged weapon and it was primarily used during the early part of the Viking era. Rite Edge has designed these to be a cross between a Seax and a Karambit. An amazing blade. If you’re looking for a fixed blade knife that emphasizes the bold look no further, you've found it.!

Sturdy, sharp and good looking. The ergonomic design is easy to hold and carry with the included leather sheath.

Full Tang, Carbon Steel. The upper half of the blade has a rough dark finish with circular indentations to give you an old authentic old world look and feel. It's straight edged and has a classic Seax tip. The blade comes well oiled to protect and prolong it's life.

The handle is smooth finished wood. It's natural wood in color with some grain and two steel pins. At the end it has the  classic Karmabit finger hole. Included with the knife is a genuine leather sheath with a 7.62cm belt loop and a button strap to keep the knife in securely.
