The Synergy was truly way ahead of its time and was awarded the Most Innovative American Design at the 1999 BLADE Show by its industry peers. On the 20th anniversary of the original Synergy design, Jim partnered with WE Knives to continue the legacy and introduce an updated and re-engineered Synergy 2 to the next generation of cutlery enthusiasts. 

The CIVIVI Synergy 3 gives you the exact same profile as the original and WE Knives designs with much more attention paid to the price point. You still have the impressive action thanks to the caged ceramic bearings and the same wildly ergonomic handle, now made from 3D machined G10/carbon fiber. It's been shrunk down a tad making it more suitable for everyday carry and not catching an unwanted eye.
